The Beginning of the End

(Part of: Bangalore Trip: OSScamp Bengaluru Mobile 2008)

Every Beginning Has An End, Neo!

And similarly this series comes to an end. Not an exceptional series by any means but teh fact that this is the first series I am successfully completing. Taking cue from this, I shall now work harder at my long pending series.

There has, obviously, been literary mistakes in this text owing to my limited expertise at the English Language. But that doesn’t mean I wouldn’t want to poke a finger and feel around.

OSScamp Bengaluru was a wonderful experience. Managing an Event all alone is critical experience and has its own, both, pros and cons. While there were aspects of it I didn’t like at all, there were things that I really loved. Strangely, one of these was dining, with an artificial effort, because my body needed food while I cannot dine alone. Weird fellow, ain’t I?

Pictures from the trip can be found on my flickr account.

Day One: All Aboard!

(Part of: Bangalore Trip: OSScamp Bengaluru Mobile 2008)

Day One: All Aboard!

I started for the Domestic Airport at Delhi at 10AM, July 18th. Terminal 1B. Once at the terminal, I was rather clueless of what to do and where to go. Its a good practice, thus, that people put placards/path-markers at public places to guide people such as me.

I noticed the Spice jet Entry Marker and proceeded to the gate. The security personnel granted me entry into the terminal after checking my ticket and my identity. I was also guided to the check-in counter of Spice jet by the same security personnel. It was, in any case, easy to find.

So, I approached the check-in counter, showed my ticket, took my boarding pass, and put a security tag at my luggage. “Welcome to Spice jet”. Yeah! Thank You.

Prelude

(Part of: Bangalore Trip: OSScamp Bengaluru Mobile 2008)

Home. Sweet Home. I am Back Home.

Two days. 48 Hours of solitude. Of missing my family Of working in an unknown city, managing an unconference alone comes to an end. The pleasure, the misery, the elation, the pain, everything. Everything.

This was my maiden trip without my family. My first Flying experience. I will document everything in this series of posts. I have a few ready and a few more to come. But this time I shall document my travelling experience completely.

But I am tired. I rested a lot. I prefer trains to flying. The experience is whoasome but yet, in a way, unfullfilling. But more of it more.

Food and sleep. Rest.

Soon, I shall bother you all with my recollections and my experiences. Reflections.

Adios. Have A Great Day/Night.
